Review of Shatro Engineering
At the end of 2023, we were looking for a company to design and build a turnkey villa in Ayia Napa, Cyprus, and ultimately chose Shatro. The contract period was 16 months, and the project was delivered right on schedule, which, frankly, was a pleasant surprise for an island. The only thing that was a bit nerve-wracking was coordinating design changes during construction: the process took a little longer than expected, but the manager always answered calls and clearly explained what was happening at each stage of the approval process.
